My visit to Reifen Müller was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

I wasn’t even greeted when I entered the shop. The member of staff – who, to my mind, might have been an apprentice or trainee – struck me as extremely unfriendly and not at all customer-focused. I unfortunately detected no sign of friendly behaviour or any genuine interest in the customer.

Particularly from a specialist business of this size and with such high standards, I would have expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer-friendliness.

To be honest, I find it a great pity that what is essentially an established company leaves such a poor impression on customers due to the behaviour of individual staff members. In any case, I have decided that I will not be visiting this shop again in future.

Dear Tyre Team,
Yesterday we had a flat tyre on our trailer whilst on the motorway. After the ADAC had directed us to you, you helped us straight away. Even though it was just before closing time, you gave us a really warm welcome and fitted a new tyre straight away. Thanks to your thoroughness, you then realised that the other tyre was also worn out. You fitted a new one for that as well. You’re a brilliant team. Thanks to you, we were able to carry on with our holiday after all.
You don’t often come across service like that. Keep up the good work.

I was there to have new tyres fitted. The garage staff were complaining about the job whilst walking over to the car. Unfortunately, they didn’t realise that the customer could hear them through an open window. Furthermore, the work was carried out very sloppily. There are several bits of adhesive residue on every wheel rim. Not only does it look awful from both inside and out, but it can also cause the wheel rim to become out of balance. Should any abnormal handling occur once the tyres are fitted in winter, legal action will be taken.

PS: You have windows facing the customer car parks. These were also open on that hot summer’s day, as was the entrance door. Have you got anything to say about the adhesive residue?

I took the faulty wheel from a trailer in for repair. I’d removed the wheel myself. The valve was faulty and was replaced. I paid over 22 euros for the new valve. That’s quite outrageous, as the invoice states that the valve costs 2 euros 20 cents. Actually, even one star is almost too generous. Better to find another garage.
