After having my shock absorbers replaced, I’d booked an appointment for a wheel alignment and was given one fairly promptly. The work was carried out; I drove out of the garage, and the display showed ‘ESP’ and ‘Tyre pressure sensor not functioning – see owner’s manual’. I was quickly given a new appointment for rectification, but the fault remained. We agreed that I would have the fault read out using a diagnostic tool. When I got there, I was told that the steering wheel, which was tilted to the right, should be centred; otherwise, the sensors would never provide correct data. I was quickly given another appointment for rectification; the steering wheel was realigned and the error on the display has now disappeared. The staff at this branch are friendly and the work is carried out to a high standard. It would get 5 stars if no rectification were necessary, but 4 stars are well deserved. OK
