How to contact us in the event of a breakdown
To enable us to deal with your breakdown quickly and efficiently, please have the following information to hand when you call, if possible:
- Name of the haulage company
- Name of the relevant Reifen Müller branch or dealer
- Driver’s name and telephone number
- Registration number of the tractor and/or trailer
- Vehicle make and model
- Please provide as precise a description as possible of the location of the breakdown
- Tyre size, load index and speed symbol
- Position of the affected wheel on the vehicle
- Number of tyres required
- Details of any other damaged components, e.g. wheel rims or wheel nuts
Working for you round the clock
We receive your emergency call – and we’ll take care of everything from there. Depending on the location, we’ll either send out one of our service vehicles or coordinate assistance via a reliable service partner.
