I took my motorbike’s front wheel and tyre in; they were fitted and balanced, but the rim is damaged at the rim flange – quite badly, in fact. What a shame. After two weeks, it was still sitting at the counter, exactly where I’d left it – it was funny all the same.

Best tyre dealer in the region – top service ⭐️⭐️⭐️ friendly staff 👍
I went there today to switch to summer tyres; I was lucky that a customer had cancelled their appointment, so a slot became available for me.

It’s just awful.
My new set of tyres has gone missing from the shop (I reckon). For nearly four weeks now, I haven’t been able to get an appointment for a tyre change. Mr Hettinger just keeps putting me off, saying: „I’ll find them, I’ll take care of it personally.“
It’s all just empty promises, and this gentleman can no longer be trusted.

One member of staff in the office can’t keep his promises, whilst another can’t even manage to put two words together correctly to form a proper sentence.

I’m now going to take it a step further and contact the head office in Hammelburg. If necessary, I’ll involve my solicitor to claim compensation. I’m sorry, but this whole situation has clearly gone too far.

Even one star is too many for this place.

*In my opinion, only the two nice gentlemen from the workshop are competent in all matters.

Everything else simply has no place in this business.

I popped into Reifen Müller in Osterburken today without an appointment to have the front tyres on my BMW 330 rebalanced. They helped me straight away. The tyres are now running perfectly. I’d been to two other garages over the last few days, but neither was able to balance them to my satisfaction! That’s very poor, given that it’s well known that BMWs are very sensitive on the front axle.
That’s why I highly recommend them if quality is what you’re after. Top team – very competent.
From now on, I’ll be buying all my tyres there.
The price quoted for my four new Michelin 4s tyres is also really good.

A week ago, I made an appointment for 10 am to have the wheel alignment checked on a Smart 451 (I’d checked with them beforehand to see if it would work with such a small car, and the chap said, ‘Yes, of course it will’) and today I was asked to come back later, around 1 pm, because his colleague had got the car wrong.

These things happen.

But at around 1 pm, I was sent away again because they couldn’t sort it out after all.

In my opinion, something is seriously going wrong at that garage.
