I was there to have new tyres fitted. The garage staff were complaining about the job whilst walking over to the car. Unfortunately, they didn’t realise that the customer could hear them through an open window. Furthermore, the work was carried out very sloppily. There are several bits of adhesive residue on every wheel rim. Not only does it look awful from both inside and out, but it can also cause the wheel rim to become out of balance. Should any abnormal handling occur once the tyres are fitted in winter, legal action will be taken.

PS: You have windows facing the customer car parks. These were also open on that hot summer’s day, as was the entrance door. Have you got anything to say about the adhesive residue?

High-quality workshop staff are a different story!
Tyres just slammed on without a thought for anyone else; they’ve clearly never heard of torque. When you have to use three different impact wrenches yourself just to get the tyres off, you know for sure that the fitters would be better off staying away…
And that’s not what friendly customer service looks like either…

Super-fast help at a very affordable price!

Always excellent advice.
I’d previously been to another garage, which had carried out a repair, and they told me that the car needed other parts as they were faulty. As I wanted to get a second opinion, they explained and showed me that the part wasn’t faulty and therefore didn’t need replacing. Great service and team. I had a breakdown with my car today – the right-hand front wheel had come loose 😇.

Unfortunately, no breakdown services were available straight away, so whilst looking for an alternative, I ended up at Reifen Müller.

Despite my rather unusual request – and even though I wasn’t a customer there – I was helped on the spot in a friendly and prompt manner. True to the motto "Challenge accepted!"

Excellent service and advice. The final bill usually matches the initial quote. Even larger, unplanned repairs are carried out on the same day wherever possible, subject to prior approval. I’ve been a customer at the Elsenfeld branch for several years now and am completely satisfied. Whether it’s tyre service, a service check or general repairs – the work here is always carried out reliably, honestly and at absolutely fair prices.

The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time for their customers. You never feel as though you’re being sold anything you don’t need – instead, they give open and honest advice.

With service like this, you’re happy to pop round with a bit for the coffee pot or a beer after work. They’ve really earned it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this branch and its team, and I’ll be happy to remain a customer in the future.

I went there today to have new tyres fitted to the rims that had already been removed from my Yamaha Fazer. Whilst the tyres were being fitted, I was called into the workshop because they explained to me that my rear wheel rim was severely out of balance.

This came as a great surprise to me, as I hadn’t noticed any vibrations or unusual behaviour whilst riding the motorbike beforehand. In my opinion, with such a severe imbalance, I should have noticed significant problems.

When I suggested that the damage might have occurred during the tyre fitting, this was immediately dismissed. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the impression that they were willing to take my concern seriously or work with me to find a solution.

Great service – even though I arrived after closing time, I was still able to collect my car with the tyres changed. Brilliant service; I’ll definitely be coming back to Reifen Müller the next time I need anything.
