I had a flat tyre and found Reifen Müller via Google Maps; I’m very satisfied with how everything was handled. The replacement tyre arrived within a day and was then fitted. We had a puncture today caused by a screw in the tyre, which was slowly losing air! Even though it was lunchtime on a Saturday, a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff helped us by patching the puncture. So we can drive the 250 km home tomorrow without needing a new tyre. The price was reasonable. However, instead of the planned one hour, the tyre change took two hours… which is annoying when you’re just waiting.  Then there was no verbal reminder to retighten the wheel nuts. And the bags to cover the tyres were only provided on request. The wheel nuts were simply bolted on loosely rather than tightened to the correct torque.  Two stars for the friendly service.

It’s a bit of a shame that I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, even after at least 20 minutes.
I suppose if there’s only one person left in Bobingen, how’s that supposed to work?
