My visit to Reifen Müller was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

I wasn’t even greeted when I entered the shop. The member of staff – who, to my mind, might have been an apprentice or trainee – struck me as extremely unfriendly and not at all customer-focused. I unfortunately detected no sign of friendly behaviour or any genuine interest in the customer.

Particularly from a specialist business of this size and with such high standards, I would have expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer-friendliness.

To be honest, I find it a great pity that what is essentially an established company leaves such a poor impression on customers due to the behaviour of individual staff members. In any case, I have decided that I will not be visiting this shop again in future.

We went to Reifen Müller because our caravan had a flat tyre. Even before the shop opened, we were given a really warm welcome and were offered a cup of coffee straight away. After I’d got a nail in my tyre, I popped into Reifen Müller in Burgau on the spur of the moment. The staff at reception and in the workshop were very friendly; they assessed the damage straight away and promised to give me an honest update once they’d carried out an internal check. Just an hour later, as agreed, I received a call to say that the tyre had been repaired professionally. The whole process was absolutely hassle-free, and the bill was extremely fair – they didn’t try to sell me a new tyre unnecessarily.
