Disappointing customer service

I was previously a customer of Reifen Ihle and had been buying and storing my tyres there for many years. This made my visit to Reifen Müller in Giengen all the more disappointing.

Whilst customers were waiting in the sales area, the sales assistant was engaged in a private conversation for quite some time. Despite me giving him several clear glances, the conversation did not end and I was not addressed.

As I didn’t feel I was being treated as a customer, I eventually left – without being served.

As a long-standing customer of the previous business in particular, I would have expected to be treated differently. A brief remark such as „I’ll be with you in a moment“ would, in my view, have been sufficient.

Reifen Müller gave me a warm welcome and provided expert advice. New tyre pressure sensors were fitted to the rims and the tyres were fitted professionally. Great work – highly recommended!
